 We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site.  We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or another direct contact from you.  We will not sell this information to anyone.

To contact us, a user may complete the contact form on the site and provide his or her name and email address.  This information is used to contact you as requested.  We use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us.  We will not share your information with any third party outside of our firm, other than with your servicer and as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. requests for loss mitigation or requests for payoff and reinstatement figures.

We use your provided information to communicate with you about career opportunities.

Notice Regarding Access to Specific Information

You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection, disclosure, and use of your California personal information over the past 12 months. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will disclose to you the categories of information collected about you over the past 12 months, and the categories of third parties to whom the California personal information has been disclosed. 

Notice Regarding Right to Delete

You have the right to request that we delete any of your California personal information collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records, unless an exception applies.

Notice Regarding Right to Opt-Out 

The CCPA permits California residents the right to opt-out of the sale and sharing of personal information. CCO does not sell or share sensitive personal information for purposes other than those business purposes specifically enumerated under the CCPA.

Data Retention

We will retain the personal data you provide to us for no longer than is necessary for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise extending the retention period is required or permitted by law or subject to our retention policies as may be in place from time to time. 

How to Exercise Your Rights

Only you, or your authorized agent (i.e., person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf), may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.

You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or deletion twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must:

Provide sufficient information that allows us to verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative.

Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you.

Once we receive your verifiable consumer request, we will endeavor to respond to your request within 45 calendar days, if we are able to verify your identity. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. 

Requests for access or to delete for Child under the Age of 13: We do not knowingly collect information of minors under the age of 13.

Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.
